Louis E. Dieruff High School Alumni Wall of Distinction

NOMINATION FORM 

Purpose: To give lasting recognition to graduates of Dieruff High School who have made exceptional contributions in their respective fields and who have distinguished themselves through their diverse accomplishments and levels of prominence. Furthermore, the Alumni Wall of Distinction program strives to promote Husky Pride among current students, inspiring them to aim towards their own future achievements. 

Criteria for Eligibility: (1) Candidates must have qualities of character and standards of conduct that are exemplary, and which reflect honor upon Dieruff High School. 

(2) Candidates must have graduated at least ten (10) years prior to nomination. Former faculty members may also be considered for honorary status. (3) Candidates must be nominated by someone other than themselves. Examples - classmate, family member, friend, former faculty member, etc. Self-submitted nominations are not accepted. 

Career Categories and/or Community Endeavors Considered (but not limited to): Arts, Business, Education, Entertainment / TV / Film, Financial/Economic Development, Government, History, Law / Criminal Justice, Media / Journalism, Medicine / Health Sciences, Military Service, Outstanding Community Service.

All eligible nominations will be considered for a maximum of three (3) consecutive years by a nine-member selection committee. The nine-person groups, whose rosters of participants change every year, are represented by fellow LED alumni, current and/or former faculty members, and local community leaders. 

All 2026 nominations must be submitted in writing and received no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026. Please print, complete, and mail this nomination form, along with any supporting documentation, to:
